But we have your back, you will be supported to thrive, with mentoring and training to ensure you are successful.This is a work from home arrangement.You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing skilled blue-collar candidates. The rest of your time will be spent out on the road seeing our current clients daily.Your responsibilities will include:Visit local clientsRemain motivated while working autonomously (as part of wider team)Develop strong working relationships with candidates locally in Blue Collar clientsAll aspects of recruitment from sourcing, screening to placementAssess potential candidates, evaluating their skills, qualifications, and aspirations to ensure a perfect match to present to clientEnsure recruitment process complianceDevelop market intel on candidate sentiment and drivers for candidate attractionWhat you bringYour experience working in a similar recruitment and/or customer service role will provide a solid foundation for your success.
