PERSOLKELLY are partnering with one of our well-regarded Clients to find a true Client focused and driven Account Manager/Business Development Manager.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys nurturing existing Clients as well as the challenge of bringing in new business.
Key Responsibilities: Under the guidance of your manager develop a robust business plan and sales strategy that focuses on both key accounts and new business Build strong relationships with Clients ensuring they are maximized to the full Proactively identify and develop new business and market opportunities Provide timely, professional quotes Handle sampling requests and general inquiries Deliver promotions to relevant accounts promptly and professionally.
Keep assigned accounts up-to-date on product changes, end-of-line items, and any relevant information that could impact them.
Participate actively in team and sales meetings as required.
Contribute to the planning, management, and attendance of product launches and other promotional events.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications: Proven experience within an Account Manager/ Business Development/Sales role - minimum 3 years Exceptional communication skills with both clients and internal teams.
Strong client focus, delivering on commitments and fostering trust with colleagues and customers.
Experience in a similar industry or qualification in subjects such as textiles, interiors or design is an advantage.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong PC skills.
