The role will be working within the Building Automation and Security part of our business, based in our Perth, WA office.Reporting to the Service Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for the growth targets in the Building Automation and Digital Buildings portfolios across Western Australia. The primary function is to achieve annual sales growth targets with a focus on generating new profitable customers for Siemens. You will be required to proactively select, collect & communicate customer/competitor information required to improve market transparency and to identify potential new customers, fostering relationships within Government, Corrections, Building and Property sectors.Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Performing all required Sales activities for WA including;Evaluating customer requirements and developing a solution to meet those requirementsPreparing and submitting offers to customersNegotiating offers with customersBe the customer advocate within the Siemens organisation, taking responsibility for all customer activities ensuring a timely and positive outcomePerform sales administration tasks such as forecasting and reporting, pipeline management, CRM management etc.You will also be required to set up bid and tender projects, from the commercial & project execution bid part, through to the technical element and final bid composition. This will be achieved by working closely with Sales Engineers & Project Managers, ensuring a clear, attractive, and competitive customer value proposition.The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a Certificate/Diploma in a technical and/or commercial discipline, have experience in a selling role and be able to demonstrate a successful track record.
