We're looking for an SMB Account Executive who is passionate about AI and wants to enable companies to scale their business through their ideas instead of headcount.
What you will do Manage a high-volume funnel of small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers
Guide potential customers to realise value quickly through our builder platform
Work with potential customers across many different departments, industries, and markets
Rapidly onboard and demonstrate platform capabilities to drive subscription upgrades
Learn and articulate platform capabilities, focusing on solving scaling, and automation challenges
Apply agentic workflow solutions to demonstrate immediate customer value
Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot) with accurate pipeline and forecasting information
Conduct efficient sales calls though concise discovery and product demonstrations
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Become a product expert with deep understanding of our platform's capabilities
Co-create a playbook for the SMB GTM motion.
Collaborate with our product teams to better build and position our platform for SMB customers
Collaborate closely with Customer Success team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and retention
What you will need 2+ years sales experience in SaaS, with a focus on SMB or startup markets
Proven ability to manage high-velocity sales cycles with majority net new closing experience
Worked with high volume of inbound leads
Proven track record of success (top 10% of sales org)
Strong ability to understand challenges from various business personas in order to recommend solutions that leverage AI Agents
Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and explain product capabilities
Comfort with rapidly understanding and articulating the value of workforce automation solutions in the AI landscape
Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical buyers
Demonstrated success in converting leads and managing multiple simultaneous opportunities
Startup mentality: thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a constantly evolving playbook
High standards for sales pipeline discipline and cleanliness
Self-motivated with strong time management and prioritisation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
