Looking to join an Australian SaaS business that has software solutions for HR/ P&C teams?After some recent cash injection, new leadership, international expansion started & product market fit, they're looking to grow out the ANZ team!You'll have your hand in driving new business, supported by a dedicated SDR & Marketing function for leads & have your say in helping develop processes.Selling into key verticals in Australia (mining, retail, gov, transport), demonstrated product market fit & Solid addressable market in APAC.Responsibilities:New business focused, driving net new client acquisition.Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholdersSupported by a dedicated SDR, focus on enablement & working as a team.Develop and execute strategic sales plans across a few different verticalsStay on top of industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends.Requirements:Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles in the SaaS industry.Must come from a background of selling to HR department.Experience in an early stage or scale-up environment.Comfortable with outbound sales, targeting net new into Mid Market segmentRemote based in NSW, with team get togethers in Sydney.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities.If you want to leave your mark on a growing vendor, get in touch!
