About the team Dialpad's Account Executive, Mid Market will solve tangible client challenges by redefining their definition of what's possible through implementation of Dialpad's enterprise voice, contact centre and omnichannel solutions. In this role, you'll combine acquiring new customers and uncover market opportunities to get the market talking about Dialpad! Dialpad's Mid Market sales team plays an essential role in achieving corporate business objectives. This team collaborates closely with SDRs, Channel Partners, Sales Engineers, Sales Leadership and their peers to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the full sales process. Your role As an Account Executive, Mid Market you'll own the complete sales process from start to finish. You'll work closely with Sales Leadership and Sales Engineers to take a medium sized business prospect to an active Dialpad client. In addition, you'll help businesses solve complex communications problems felt by everyone around the world. This position reports to our ANZ Director, and has the opportunity to be based in our Sydney, Australia Office. This role is hybrid.
