The role Our Account Executive acts as the vital link between Total Synergy and our clients, primarily focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships to drive sales growth.
Responsible for understanding customer needs, they develop tailored solutions, present product offerings, and negotiate contracts to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and gather market insights to inform strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities as Account Executive (SMB) Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.Time Management: Prioritise and manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and objectives.Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to your manager.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure alignment on client needs and company offerings.Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to remain competitive and effective.Requirements Previous demonstrated success in sales, preferably in an SMB or SAAS environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred not essential).Why join us?
