PT Krafthaus Indonesia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Krafthaus Pty Ltd (Australia). We are a rapidly expanding creative agency that is seeking an Account Executive to join our young vibrant team, initially on a twelve (12) month contract, with a view to making the role permanent. This role will be expected to work with the Customer Management department in our sister company, Paperlust, a wedding invitation printing company based in Melbourne.
As Account Executive, you will report directly to the Head of Customer Management Department and will be expected to work collaboratively with our teams based in Jakarta, Jogja, and Melbourne, Australia.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Handle Paperlust customer service (live chat, call, email, social media messages). Respond to customer enquiries and any communications between Paperlust and customers. Monitor production and order processing. Assist the Head of Customer Management Department in developing relationships with the Paperlust customer base. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field. Excellent verbal and written English (very important). Familiarity with handling international customers is preferred. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Capable of communicating with Jakarta, Jogja, and Australia teams. Capable of managing social media and website enquiries. Capable of working on early shifts remotely (5am – 2pm), and possibly working remotely on weekends every two weeks.
