Job Opportunity: We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Account Executive/Business Development Manager to join our team.

Your primary focus will be on driving new business acquisition and expanding our portfolio of clients across the Mid-Market & Enterprise spaces.

A background in selling service-based solutions would be advantageous, although not essential.

The role would start as 80% new logo acquisition / 20% account management, however, would transition into a 50/50 account management / new business development split after the first year.

Key Duties: Identify and target potential clients from various industries for our digital transformation services. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to pinpoint key players and market trends. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals and broaden our customer base. Actively pursue new business prospects through methods like cold calling, email campaigns, and participation in industry events. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with prospects, understanding their requirements and aligning our solutions accordingly. Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized proposals and presentations for client engagements. Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to finalizing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management phase. Keep abreast of industry advancements and competitor offerings to effectively position our services in the market. Requirements: Demonstrated track record of sales success. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and generating leads. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a bonus.
