Mentor a team to exceed KPIs, ensuring high service standards and operational excellence.
Promote a culture of compliance, meeting audit and reporting requirements seamlessly.
Preferred Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Account Manager with proven leadership capabilities.
Tier 1 Broking qualification is essential; a tertiary qualification in financial services is highly regarded.
Mastery over systems like WinBEAT, Insight, OfficeTech, SCTP, Sunrise, and MS Office.
