Accor is excited to announce the launch of our Accor Indigenous Hotel Traineeship for 2025. Our vision is to work in collaboration with the community to create real career pathways for Indigenous Australians and genuine cultural experiences for our guests.
Since 2001, Accor Indigenous Careers Team have been creating success through real training and career opportunities for our First Nations Peoples. The Accor Indigenous Hotel Traineeship has been created to accelerate the career growth of participants.
This is an exciting opportunity to be immersed in the hotel industry which includes certified learning with our RTO partners across Australia. The Traineeship will be based over 3 departments with successful candidates completing placements across Food & Beverage, Rooms Division & Front Office departments. Upon completion, graduates will have experience across all major departments of our hotels and become valuable Heartists with multi-dimensional skill sets. Our team of Indigenous career experts are here to inspire, mentor and build real careers for our First Nations peoples alongside a culturally diverse and competent operational leadership team.

Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait IslanderSeeking a career within the Hotel & Tourism IndustryHave Full Time AvailabilityAre available to commence employment in February 2025. The Accor Indigenous Hotel Traineeship is a Full-Time 12 month traineeship.Locations include: Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Geraldton, Bunker Bay, Cairns, Port Douglas & Hobart.
