Job Description
Reservations Supervisor
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience.
As a Reservations Supervisor, you will be the first experience of our hotel and brand, guiding guests in the booking processes and day-to-day guest relations.
As the supervisor, you will be the lead member of the team, so a good knowledge of reservations and Opera systems is preferred.

Your role will include but is not limited to:
Making/amending bookings.
Managing group bookings (quotes, contracts, payments and more).
Liaising with new potential guests/groups/companies.
Liaising with other departments within the hotel.
Managing the day-to-day needs of the department alongside the FOM.

What you will be doing:
Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service.
Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling.
Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests.
Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system.

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Previous experience within a similar role preferred.
Good knowledge of Opera systems.
Confidence with dealing with incoming calls/emails.

Additional Information
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
