Responsible for representing the General Manager and Senior Managers in their absence Supervise the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's day to day operation Contribute to a high level of customer service for our guests Embrace technology using Opera Cloud PMS System Gain valuable real life experience and insights Qualifications
High level of professional spoken and written English Valid LCQ certificate and a current holder of a Manager License issued with the local council Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations Strong leadership presence and team management skills Additional Information
