An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Accommodation Manager to lead our team at the Quality Resort Siesta in Albury NSW with a long term ambition to become one of our team of Property Managers.
The Role:Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a hands-on position that will ensure the efficient running of the Front Office and Housekeeping Teams.
We are searching for an individual who: Has a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, team growth, guest loyalty, and ensuring attention to detail.Will be enthusiastic about developing team members, enhancing their skills, and taking pride in guest-facing roles to elevate the overall guest journey.Leads by setting the standard in all areas of Front Office operations, ensuring your team delivers a warm, sincere welcome, anticipates guest needs, and creates unforgettable experiences.Have a proven track record as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in the hospitality sector and can demonstrate experience in Revenue Management, Rate Strategy, Rostering, Accounts Payable and Receivable and managing room mapping and OTA interfaces.Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and active listening skills.Has extensive experience with RMS or other property management systems.Has a friendly personality, professional work ethic and an ambition to pursue a career in Hospitality.Be adept at managing P&L performance, with experience in cost-effective staff rostering.Have a solid understanding of legal requirements, standard operating procedures, workplace health and safety regulations, and the modern award system.This is a Full Time Position over a 7 day roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
