Accommodation/Administration Supervisor

The Position:Management of all village accommodation/administration services Ensuring all aspects of service delivery in accordance with the contract for services Supervise accommodation staff in their day-to-day duties Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance in all accommodation facilities Assist the Housekeeping supervisor to schedule and supervise ongoing maintenance programs for periodic cleaning and inspections Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and service rotationsEnsure effective communications through timely response and action to requests including accommodation services, maintenance requests, general enquirieMonitor stock levels and handle ordering of accommodation supplies as neededEnsure compliance with established policies and procedures within the accommodation/administration function and other relevant areas Contribute to the development of a highly engaged and motivated team Ensure the promotion of a strong site safety culture and compliance with all workplace health and safety requirements Our Benefits: All flights, Meals, accommodation provided by the company All costs for medicals, training and uniforms are covered by the company Purposeful and rewarding work with a competitive salary Ongoing learning and development opportunities within our global organization Employee Assistance Program for health and wellbeing Minimum Criteria: Experience in mining village operations preferred, though all relevant hospitality or accommodation experience will be considered Demonstrated experience using an accommodation booking system and Microsoft Office suite Excellent organisation and time management skills, eye for detail and high standard of accuracy Qualifications in Business Administration desirable Demonstrated experience in effectively managing a range of stakeholder relationships and delivering to plan Solutions focused – self-motivated with a proven ability to demonstrate initiative and adapt to changing needs or priorities.
Physically fit with the ability to successfully pass pre-employment medical requirementPossess an Australian drivers licence Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skillsAbility to thrive in a busy and dynamic environment
