Your Role at Access4 As a Solutions Consultant (SC) , you'll be the trusted advisor for our partners, combining technical expertise with a knack for simplifying the complex.
Your role goes beyond presales; you'll architect solutions, resolve escalations, and occasionally step in for enterprise project delivery and migration efforts, all while embodying Access4's mission to empower partners to be self-sufficient.
You'll collaborate with our Channel Team and Head of Channel to drive success by aligning technical solutions with partner expectations.
From presales demos to post-sales support, your focus will be on knowledge transfer, partner education, and ensuring our solutions meet the unique needs of every customer.
Your Key Responsibilities Be the bridge: Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and technical support teams to ensure seamless solution delivery from the outset.
Lead demos & onboarding: Provide expert guidance during technical demonstrations and partner onboarding.
Support post-sales success: Occasionally assist partners' service delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer training.
Educate & empower: Help partners become proficient in Access4 platforms and products, promoting self-sufficiency.
Share expertise: Provide SME support for internal training, marketing, and service delivery teams.
