About the area The Academic Services team within the Rural Clinical School of Western Australia (RCSWA) supports rural clinical training for medical students across multiple sites in WA. The team is committed to enhancing rural health outcomes by fostering a positive educational experience and providing vital academic and administrative support to the Medical School and its staff. About the opportunity Provide high-level administrative support to students and medical coordinators at site level. Plan, coordinate, and improve office systems and policies to support academic services. Engage with staff, students, and stakeholders to provide advice, streamline workflows, and enhance service delivery. About you Relevant tertiary qualifications or substantial experience in a similar administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software, with excellent organisational skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and contribute to continuous improvement. Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
