About the RoleBrisbane Girls Grammar School seeks an experienced Administration Officer to join our Academic Administration Department. This is a full-time, term-time position.As the Academic Administration Officer, you will be a part of a collaborative team responsible for daily management, organising and planning across various academic and school programs and compliance-related activities.The key accountabilities of this role include:undertaking administrative tasks that support the Deans and Associated Deans with the day-to-day management of the School's academic programsproviding quality administrative and organisational support within the Tertiary Pathways and Learning Support team, including but not limited to:
scheduling Year 10 career planning meetingsscheduling QTAC planning meetingssupporting Individual Learning Plansarranging Tertiary Pathways and Learning Support meetings and taking minutesarranging Tertiary Pathways and Learning Support Events
providing reception and front office services to the Tertiary Pathways and Learning Support hubresponding to client queries in person, by phone and by email, using excellent customer service skillsmaintaining appropriate systems and procedures to enhance the accuracy, timeliness and presentation of administrative requirements.Desired Skills and Experience
