About the role Our client is seeking an experienced Project and Service Delivery Lead to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Voice and Communication projects while fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope.Work across Telstra Data Network and Voice platforms, including TIPT and Microsoft Teams Calling.Deliver SDWAN and security solutions (Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto).Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure alignment.Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to achieve project goals, including managing subcontractors for remote field support.Address escalations and resolve technical or operational issues.Track financials for completed projects to ensure transparency and accuracy.Qualifications and Experience Demonstrated experience in an ICT Project Coordination role, particularly within Telstra Networks and Voice platforms.Strong familiarity with Telstra back-end systems and customer channels.Experience in leading medium to large-scale, multi-site projects.Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.Benefits 130,000 + SuperannuationGenuine flexible work environmentVaried engagements, environments, and clientsStrong investment in training and upskillingWork with a team of highly skilled professionalsExciting and fun team cultureIf you're excited about this opportunity, available to start soon, and confident that your skills align with the role requirements, we encourage you to submit your application today by clicking the APPLY button.
