Base Salary: $85,176 - $99,333 (p.a.) Total Effective Package: $105,546 - $121,475 (p.a.)* Full Time, Max Term Contract (Maternity Leave Cover) ABORIGINAL IDENTIFIED POSITION

The position works collaboratively with a Case Worker under a bi-cultural pair model.

To be considered for this position, you will require: Identifies an Aboriginal person; recognised and accepted as an Aboriginal person by the Aboriginal communityExcellent communication skills including fluency in one or more local Aboriginal languages and the ability to communicate sensitively in a cross-cultural environment
Proven experience in providing support to Aboriginal Children and families.Current Drivers Licence.
