Do you want to make a difference? As the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Outcomes Leader at Hume Housing, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership and guidance in various aspects of tenancy management, community engagement, and social impact initiatives to improve the outcomes of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customers.
This will involve providing thought leadership and training on best practise; turning our RAP vision into "on the ground" reality; and leading community engagement initiatives, all to drive great and lasting outcomes for our communities.
What do we need from you? To be considered for this great opportunity to join the Hume team you will need:
A proven track record of achieving impactful outcomes through collaboration with Aboriginal communities;
Demonstrated effectiveness in implementing capacity building programs and fostering social inclusion, including the ability to measure, evaluate, and report on outcomes;
Extensive experience in and a deep understanding of the Social and/or Community Housing sector; and
Experience in training to diverse audiences.
In addition, you will need a valid NSW Driver's licence with access to an insured vehicle, an NDIS and WWCC check and ideally hold a tertiary qualification in Community Development and/or Social Science.
