What your day will look like… You'll connect with clients and families, assessing their health needs and delivering tailored health programs.
Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, you'll guide community members through the healthcare system, while supporting and leading a team of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workers.
