Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled Consultant to join their APAC team!
This role will focus on providing expert consultancy & delivering IoT solutions for smart buildings, working with a team of engineers and architects to transform various sectors through advanced building management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expertise in building management systems (BMS) and smart platforms, with a focus on energy efficiency, sustainability, and automation.
Assess client needs and develop customized solutions that integrate IoT devices, network infrastructure, and building automation systems.
Support the deployment and implementation of digital technologies for smart places, ensuring seamless integration with mechanical and electrical systems.
Stay informed on the latest innovations in IoT, building automation, and energy management systems to continuously improve solution offerings.
Ensure that projects meet regulatory standards and align with sustainable and innovative practices.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in IoT, smart building technologies, and building management systems (BMS).
Strong understanding of both mechanical and network engineering, particularly in the context of smart building infrastructure.
Familiarity with systems integration and how IoT devices interact with HVAC, security, lighting, and other building automation systems.
Expertise in energy management and sustainable building practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative, technology-driven solutions.
Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
