About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to work closely with the Managing Director of a well-known Property and Land Developer in Perth CBD.

Key accountabilities:
Provide executive administrative support to the Managing Director.
Responsible for the proactive management of the MD's diary and email.
Manage organisation of day-to-day activities, forward planning and co-ordination of meetings.
Proactively manage information flow and communications, including internal and external calls, requests and correspondence and delegation of other matters to appropriate employees.
Support Board activities including collating Board meetings, papers and presentations.
Collate and prepare presentations, papers, documents, including collection and interpretation of data from key contacts.
Maintain confidential records and filing of reports, correspondence for MD.
Support the functions of the business where required (HR, Admin etc).
About You
Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role is essential.
Sound business judgement, high professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
High attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
Excellent skills in the Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
