A03 Customer Support Officer

Our Client supports the growing QLD community by providing information, advice and regulation to ensure the maintenance of proper building standards and remedies for defective building work.
The Opportunity Our Client is looking for a Customer Service professional who will be the first face people see. The purpose of the position is to assist clients with interpretation of legislation and support them as the first point of contact and help them with front line applications. Additionally the role supports offline duties, outbound calls and social media fulfilment.
