Job DescriptionAllied Moving Services is a leading global provider of removals and relocation solutions, with services in more than 40 countries and approximately 5000 employees. The Company has an extensive network of agents and other service providers and conducts more than 365,000 relocations/removals per year. This hands-on position could be the perfect opportunity for an individual who has operations experience and wants to make their first move into the management side of our industry. This position will suit a motivated, customer service driven and dedicated individual. Responsibilities will include:
Management of day-to-day activities within the Branch.Leadership and motivation of the team.Operational planning & scheduling.Maintaining a safe working environment.Ensuring operational efficiencies are maintained and improved upon.Ensuring branch sales activities and conversions levels are maintained.Delivering excellent service to our customer base.Achievement of budget profit and growth.In house sales consulting of removal services & Insurance.Who are we looking for?To be successful in this position, you will be able to handle multiple tasks at once and have excellent communication and presentation skills. Whilst former removals experience is not essential, it will be considered highly regarded.
