The role: Located at our Alice Springs Branch, the main responsibility of a Retail Salesperson is to provide a superior level of service to customers seeking to purchase ARB accessories. A Retail Salesperson is responsible for addressing any customer queries about ARB's products, whether this be from a customer in-store calling via phone or email.
Key responsibilities include: Answering sales enquiries both over the counter, by phone and via email from consumers automotive retail trade customers and automotive dealers. Preparing sales orders, quotes and proposals for retail, dealer and stockists' customers. Preparing the appropriate documentation to complete the sale. Helping the team achieve the stores revenue and profit targets. Working at special events such as 4X4 Shows and Open Days. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: A passion for four-wheel drives. A very strong customer service ethic, ideally within a retail environment.
