Are you our next 360 Recruitment Consultant? You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle (perm) for open vacancies with the primary objective of sourcing quality talent for a designated portfolio.
You will work closely with new and existing customers to gain an understanding of their hiring needs, conducting business development activities for new and existing customers.
Key duties will include: Identifying potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers and other contacts and/or through participation in networking events and conferences;Attending customer onsite meetings, as required, to develop customer relationships and look for opportunities to improve delivery;Developing and implementing account management plans;Analysing the requirements of a job, attracting candidates by using sources such as the Recruitment Manager database and social media, and screening and selecting applicants;Sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and filtering candidates for open positions.This is a SALES-based role and will be great for someone with previous sales experience who is confident with business development and building relationships.
Previous white-collar recruitment experience is highly desirable.
