360 Health Management | Groups Program Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Groups Program Manager to join our team in Shepparton, Victoria. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with NDIS participants or in a similar field and experience with developing or adapting programs and activities to individuals who have complex learning needs. The role requires at least 50% of work time spent in hands-on program delivery and staff support in the groups, with the balance of time for planning, program development and reporting.
The role is part of the Leadership Team, who work collaboratively to align their respective programs to meet the organisations' strategic goals. As the Groups Program Manager, it is a key part of your role to work with the Client Services Manager, Delivery Manager and Chief Practitioner to share information about progress, plans and changes.
Skills: Experience working with people who have complex learning needs Ability to develop programs, create learning environments and plan curriculum for individuals with diverse abilities Engaging, empathetic and self-motivated to create new and innovative programs Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Social, Community or Disability sector ideally working with NDIS participants, experience in the Aged Care sector highly regarded. Responsibilities: Develop a well-structured timetable of group sessions including after school, evening and holiday programs Deliver a range of group programs including living and life skills, community connection and engagement, creative arts, music, and other innovative activities Review and report on activities, identifying successes and improvements / innovations Work collaboratively with other Leaders to align programs with the organization's strategic goals Provide the Client Relationship Officer with materials to actively promote upcoming programs Manage the Groups which includes staffing costs, materials and monitoring participant funding Qualifications: Degree, diploma or certificate in education, diversional therapy, early years or other education related qualification Strong understanding of social care principles If you meet the requirements outlined above and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others through innovative program development, we encourage you to apply.
