12+12+12 Month Contract in Federal GovernmentCanberra based position, 3 days in the office (city)Baseline clearance requiredOur Federal Government Client, who is focused on enhancing farming, fishing and forestry in Australia, is looking to engage with 3 x Senior DevOps Engineers for a long-term contract beginning in January 2025, joining their Technology Infrastructure and Cloud Services Branch in the Digital Services Division.
Key Duties: Support the creation of pipelines within Azure DevOps and resource deployment and configuration in the Department's Azure Subscriptions.L3 infrastructure support for business applications.Provide significant support in the design, development and implementation of DAFF AZURE hosting platform.Management of all virtual infrastructure elements in DAFF AZURE hosting platform and in particular AZURE data factories, their functioning and deployment.Develop code via a process of continuous engagement (Agile).The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate strong experience in: Creating pipelines within Azure DevOps and able to deploy and configure resources in the Department's Azure Subscriptions.Deploying at scale Azure Infrastructure resources like AAD, DNS and App Gateway.Working for the Federal Government with considerations to compliance with the IT security environment (ACSC Essential 8, etc.).Producing technical documentation for application deployment and infrastructure services.Using automation tools such as Terraform, BedRock or PowerShell.To apply for these positions please call Jon on 02 6299 1006 or click the apply button to send your CV and interest.
