We are seeking an experienced and passionate member to join our team as a 3D Construction Printer Supervisor.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of the future of residential home building. Job Description: As the 3D Construction Printer Supervisor, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of a 3D concrete printing machine, primarily focused on residential construction projects. Your role will involve managing the printing process, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with other team members to achieve project goals.
You will play a critical role in pioneering 3D-printed home construction and will be instrumental in our mission to revolutionize the industry.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the 3D Construction Printer.Ensure the 3D printer is properly maintained and operational.Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of 3D-printed components.Monitor the quality and consistency of concrete extrusion.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the printer.Manage inventory and procurement of printing materials.Train and supervise staff on 3D printing procedures and safety protocols.Implement and enforce safety standards and practices.Qualifications: Proven experience in rigging and dogman operations.Domestic construction experience.Background in site supervision, carpentry, or related field.Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage projects from start to finish.Strong understanding of concrete and construction materials.Ability to learn new processes and technologies quickly.Technical aptitude and quick learning ability.Excellent work ethic and a proactive attitude.Experience with 3D printing technology is a plus but not required.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and leadership skills.Personality Traits: Strong drive for success.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.Leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods. #J-18808-Ljbffr
