The IT Development IBL placement at a glance: An exciting learning opportunity is available for a motivated and enthusiastic student to join the IT Development team.
Reporting to the IT Business Services Manager, this role Lwill provide the successful incumbent with a well-rounded experience in IT solution development and valuable skills in PowerApps, automation, business analysis, and cross-functional teamwork.
Your key learning will include · PowerApps Development and Customization: Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps, including developing custom applications, automating workflows, and customizing solutions to meet specific business needs.· End-to-End Solution Design: Learn the complete lifecycle of solution development, from gathering business requirements to designing, testing, and deploying applications, fostering a comprehensive understanding of IT project management.· Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Enhance skills in analyzing complex business challenges and developing IT-driven solutions, translating business needs into technical requirements and logical workflows.· Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with stakeholders, such as business analysts, developers, and end-users, to gather requirements and feedback, improving skills in communication, collaboration, and teamwork.· Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Engage in identifying opportunities for system enhancements, process optimization, and automation, learning to adopt a mindset of continuous improvement and adapt to emerging IT trends and tools.
QualifikationenWhat we are looking for: Self-motivated and pro-active students who are passionate about gaining work experience.
Effective communicators who can build rapport, enjoy collaborating with others and have the confidence to step up and drive change and ideas.
To be considered, students must be an undergraduate in their second year or have at least 1 year left of studies as of January 5 and would ideally suit a student studying Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
