Location Profile History Springside Primary School is located in Caroline Springs in the western suburbs of Melbourne, approximately 34 kilometres from the Melbourne Central Business District. The school was originally founded in 2009 as a campus of Caroline Springs College before establishing itself as Springside P-9 College in 2012. Current enrolments are approximately 940 students and steadily increasing.

Role An education support class position will perform tasks that are carried out in accordance with guidelines and school policy under supervision and direction. This role may include coordination of other education support staff.
Responsibilities Provides routine support for teachers including assisting with planning of student routines Supports communication between teachers and parents Provides basic physical care and wellbeing support for students Addresses immediate behavioural presentations within a classroom setting aligned to school policy Provides basic support and supervision for individuals or groups of students Supports teachers in the coordination of educational programs Provides medical intervention support to students under specific conditions Who May Apply Individuals with the aptitude, experience and/or qualifications to fulfill the specific requirements of the position.
