Applicants for this program should have a background or interest in customer service, medical administration, insurance claims, or related fields such as law, business, nursing, allied health, or psychology.

Further training and development will be provided throughout the first 12 months to expand knowledge in workplace injury management, return-to-work planning, dispute resolution, and workers' compensation law.
