Join us and define tomorrow.Based out of one of our distribution centres across the country, Graduate Area Managers work alongside employees in our distribution centres in order to support their growth & development, identify and remove barriers the teams face, and display ownership of a fast-paced team environment.After your initial training and mentorship, you will have a team of associates reporting to you.

With us, you can have a hand in creating the future of operations and logistics.As a Graduate Area Manager you will:Review and understand the transportation process from Fulfilment Centres to delivery stationsMeasure and ensure enough bandwidth in sortation team to ensure peak time delivery managementContinuously improve the throughput and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvementReview and assist on analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve the performanceResearch and review the formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as KaizenSafeguard your team's safety while at workUphold Amazon's high standards of qualityDemonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilitiesPlease note: This role is based on day shift or night shift, with shift hours from 7am - 5pm, or 7pm - 5am.
You will be working shifts from Sunday to Wednesday, or Wednesday to Saturday.About the teamAs a Graduate Area Manager, you are part of something bigger and amazing.
This isn't a corporate role, you will be based in the heart of the action at one of our Delivery Stations, working with other Area Managers, support staff and learning everything you need to know about how Amazon Operations works.
You will be provided with a mentor who will support you and guide your work, along with a strong intern support network.Minimum RequirementsCompleted a tertiary qualification (undergraduate or post-graduate) in the last 24 months in any discipline or degreePeople focusedLoves to analyse problemsSolution orientedAble to work independentlyPossess leadership qualitiesLoves to have fun and make history!Please note: To be eligible for this program you will have already graduated for your degree to commence the program by end March 2024.• Some work experience - whether through placement years, internships or universityThe Graduate ProgramWant you to feel welcomed, included and valued right from the start.
