Our client has demonstrated a strong 15-year track record delivering work within the Kitchen & Joinery Manufacturing industry – they are looking to grow their team and therefore, are looking for 2x Site Supervisors to deliver projects across the Sydney Metropolitan Area.
 
This opportunity will allow you to partner very closely with the Project Manager to deliver end-to-end joinery installation projects.
 
Your key tasks can include; Project planning and scheduling between several stakeholdersConduct site meetings with the broader teamCoordinating and providing solutions with other trades on siteScheduling and leading the team to deliver on the project programmeProviding updates and reports to the Project Manager / Operations ManagerDelegating the works to installing teamOversee complications and resolve appropriately To be considered for this role, you will need; Relevant tertiary qualifications OR Cabinet-Making/Trades backgroundPrevious experience within the Joinery industry is a mustDemonstrated track record in Site Management / Site InstallationExceptional customer service and communication skillsStrong problem-solver with the ability to maximise efficienciesBENEFITS TO YOU

This role will allow you to partner very closely with a collaborative Operations Manager & Project Manager who will help develop your expertise to step up to senior positions within the organisation.
