The Litigation & Dispute Resolution TeamThe litigation & dispute resolution team have extensive expertise across a range of high-profile and complex corporate, commercial, private client and property disputes, and contentious regulatory matters.
They assist companies and individuals with investigations by ASIC, ACCC and the ATO, as well as public law disputes and challenges to decisions by public bodies and sector regulators.The team acts for a wide variety of clientele, including private and public companies, private clients, investors, domestic and offshore banks, and those in the financial services industry.The RoleDue to growth, the firm are now looking for 2 Associates and 1 Senior Associate to join the litigation & dispute resolution practice in Sydney.All roles will have exposure to a large calibre of good quality work, and will be working closely with 4 highly regarded Partners.
You will have the opportunity to act for some of Australia's most prominent private clients, across a broad range of corporate, commercial, real property, insolvency, and equity disputes.
The team has a collaborative and collegiate culture, with genuine learning and development opportunities, regular social events and flexible working arrangements on offer.RequirementsFor the Associate level roles, you will be a talented lawyer with 2-5 years' PQE, and for the Senior Associate role, you will be a talented lawyer with at least 5 years' PQE.
