The Role

Due to newly signed projects, we are seeking to appoint;

2 x Insurance Estimator / Insurance Assessor 1 x Desktop Estimator Assessor

The opportunity will allow 3x Insurance Building Estimators Assessors to manage the assessment and tender process with insurance repair projects.

Responsibilities

Initial assessment of tenders received to determine and source additional informationAttend site based tender meetings with client to determine and prepare detailed estimatesPrepare clear and concise assessment reports detailing all aspects of the claim for utilisation by customers, insurers, subcontractors, and administration staffDevelop detailed scope of works, accurate bills of quantities and fair and reasonable cost estimates on remedial and/or insurance building repair projects

YOU:

Relevant tertiary education/qualification in Construction OR Project ManagementStrong track record in a similar role working with a reputable Tier 2 OR Tier 3 Insurance BuilderStrong experience in site assessments, estimation and quotationTeam player who is an all-rounder and can get in and get the job done!
