Encourage, mentor, support and develop our educators throughout their professional journey. Work collaboratively with the Centre Director to manage the day-to-day operation of our Centre including curriculum supervision, facilities oversight, staff management, and administrative tasks to ensure the provision of high-quality education and care at all times. Communicate effectively with parents, children, and team members to build successful collaborative relationships.
