We are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor (with forklift licence and MR licence) for an upcoming permanent full-time role with a leading manufacturer based in Carole Park. The position has a wide range of warehousing and operational duties. The role provides an opportunity to manage and supervise a small operational team of five in a warehouse setting. The role significantly contributes to the smooth operation of the business and will impact on how the company achieves long-term goals and overall performance. The salary is negotiable between $70,000 to $75,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities: Oversee maintenance of production equipment and factory facilitiesPlan, supervise and undertake production activitiesGoods ordering, receiving and dispatchWarehouse managementOversee completion of records including verification activitiesOversee compliance with WHS obligationsContribute to Maintenance of Food Safety PlanWe require the following skills and experience: MR drivers' licenceForklift licenceWarehousing / stores skills and experienceEmerging or existing leadership and management skillsExperience in manufacturing in the food industry would be advantageous but not essentialPhysical fitness to perform warehousing tasksAvailability to commence ASAP and work 8.00 am – 4.00 pmTwo referees to confirm your employment historySubmit your application as soon as possible or contact Russell to discuss further.
