The talent of our teams and their passion for providing an experience which inspires and enhances our customers' leisure time drives our culture of innovation and opportunity.About the Role:This role will provide you with the opportunity to lead the team in building our new cutting-edge, automated distribution centre in Truganina and participate in the development of ongoing supply chain network strategy and delivery of other approved projects.Day to Day, not limited to:Program Delivery: Leadership of the Future Supply Network programme and future strategies from taking the programme forward from appointment, supervising and closing the programme.Leadership: Lead & inspire project delivery team to support their success in delivery on time of programmes, on-budget and on time.Strategy & Implementation: Delivery of ongoing Supply Chain Network Strategy programs (infrastructure, technology, processes), including any capital investment plans to support strategy across all channels for the Group, optimising working capital and cost efficiency.Risk Management: Responsible for using the Risk Management Framework priorities and mitigation activity to effectively manage projects.Stakeholder Management: Managing communications with stakeholders through establishing and delivering effective communications plan & managing 3rd party contributions to the programmes.About You:Supply Chain Network Strategy and Optimization: Proven track record in delivering supply chain network strategies, (infrastructure, technology, and process improvements) and management of capital investment projects focused on cost efficiency and working capital optimisation.Program/Project Management: Experience leading large-scale, cross functional programs, managing end to end project life cycle from initiation through execution and closure.Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide your team and develop high performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.Change Leadership: Proven ability to lead organisational change programs, fostering collaboration across teams.Workplace Health & Safety: Strong understanding of WHS principles, fostering a culture of safety & compliance.Communication & Influence: Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.Governance & Reporting: Experience applying risk management frameworks to identify, prioritise, & mitigate risks in complex projects along with familiarity with health, safety, and compliance standards in supply chain and logistics environments.Ready to shape the future of supply chain innovation and lead transformative projects?
