We are partnered with a specialized communications technology provider focusing on secure solutions for critical infrastructure sectors.
We are now seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Technical Management Lead to oversee and drive the performance of their technical team in Berlin.
This role is crucial for leading a team of 30 professionals in network infrastructure, IT security, and network management.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive technical management experience, and proficiency in German.

Skills/Must have:
Native German speaker with excellent communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.
Proven experience in technical management, particularly in managing large teams.
Strong understanding of SLA, service management, and technical delivery processes.
Expertise in managing active and passive network infrastructure, IT security, network management, and security technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP, etc.)
are highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a technical team.
Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
