Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of 170 properties in collaboration with the DirectorHandle invoice entry and repairs controlConduct routine inspections and manage ingoing & outgoing inspectionsParticipate in leasing activities on Saturdays when requiredOversee properties across various Sydney locations, including Northern Beaches, LNS, UNS, Parramatta, Bankstown, Carlton, and RamsgateRegular catch-ups with the Director (typically every couple of weeks, with increased Saturday activity recently) Additional Benefits:Salary: UP TO $80,000 + superannuationCommissions: YesCar Allowance/Phone: YesSupport: Work closely with the Director You:Experience Required:Previous Property Management experience
Qualifications Needed:Certificate of Registration (COR) & Real Estate License (CAR)
