Qualifications & experience At least 1 year of PAE in a general practice firm;Property law experience or Family Law experience is preferred;Brilliant attention to detail, nothing gets past you;You can effectively manage competing and changing priorities;Can work under pressure and meet deadlines;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Experience in Court Attendance - Supreme Court, Federal Circuit and Family Court, Local Court.Tasks & responsibilities Preparing court documents, affidavits, and submissions;Legal research;Collaborating with barristers in day-to-day case management;Interacting with clients and helping clients solve real-life situations;Court attendance;Review and preparation of security documents, general security deeds, deeds of guarantee, and loan agreements;Preparing and advising on shareholders agreements and lease documents;Mentoring a small team of interns and clerks.Benefits No billable hours targets;Flexible working hours;Bonus on all litigation matters. #J-18808-Ljbffr
