In this role, you will play a vital role in representing injured workers and ensuring they receive the benefits they deserve.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive case evaluations and develop winning legal strategies.Represent clients in all aspects of Workers' Compensation claims, including negotiations, mediations, and hearings.Work closely with clients to understand their needs and keep them informed throughout the legal process.Conduct thorough legal research and prepare effective case documentation.Maintain strong relationships with medical professionals and experts relevant to Workers' Compensation cases.Stay up-to-date on changes in Workers' Compensation laws and regulations.Participate in client outreach and development activities.Qualifications:Relevant qualification from an accredited law school.Minimum of 3 years PAE of experience practicing Workers' Compensation law or have a keen interest to specialise in the area.Proven track record of success in securing favorable outcomes for clients.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and meet deadlines.Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Be mentored by the best Partners in the business.Opportunity to work with a team of experienced and dedicated legal professionals.Supportive working environment.Make a real difference in the lives of injured workers.
