About You:
Prior experience as a Senior Conveyancer Have a magnetic personality and love nurturing relationships Proven experience in all aspects of residential and/or commercial conveyancing Excellent understanding of the Queensland Land Title Act and associated legislation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail Superior communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders Ability to work independently and manage a heavy workload efficiently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software What's on Offer:
