About the Role
I am seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accredited Senior Associate Family Lawyer to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in managing your own caseload, providing strategic advice, and achieving successful outcomes for your clients.
Responsibilities
Manage a diverse family law caseload from end-to-end, including property settlements, parenting arrangements, and child support Provide exceptional client service, with a focus on clear communication, empathy, and understanding Advocate for clients' rights in mediation, negotiation, and court appearances Draft legal documents, including court applications and agreements Stay up-to-date with relevant family law legislation and case law Contribute to the development and growth of the firm Skills and Experience
