Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Broker to join their team in their brand-new office in Burleigh. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both residential and commercial lending, with a strong understanding of the local market.
Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Loan Applications: Process loan applications, gather required documentation, and conduct financial assessments to determine eligibility. Loan Structuring: Provide expert advice on loan structuring, interest rates, and repayment terms to meet clients' individual needs. Negotiation: Negotiate with lenders to secure the best possible terms and conditions for clients. Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and industry professionals. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in finance, business, or a related field. Well connected in the industry. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and financial products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Self-motivated and results-oriented, you will NOT be micro managed.
