In this role, you will play a key part in advising clients on a broad range of capital markets transactions, working alongside a team of talented lawyers and industry experts.About YouExperience in a commercial law firm or in-house legal team, specialising in capital markets transactions (equity offerings, debt capital raisings, derivatives, etc.)
