As a Senior Motor Fleet Underwriter within our General Insurance business, you will develop a close trading relationship with a portfolio of strategic broker partners to underwrite new and existing business. In collaboration with the broader NSW sales & underwriting team, you will utilise your extensive Motor Fleet underwriting experience to provide solutions and drive profitable growth in the portfolio. Reporting to the Motor Fleet Underwriting Manager, NSW/ACT, you will ensure operational requirements are met and strive to achieve the team's underwriting strategy.

Experience in Motor Underwriting & commercially astute with a comprehensive understanding of the general insurance industry Proven technical underwriting capability ANZIIF CIP member or equivalent & Bachelor's degree or post-graduate qualifications Strong understanding of the broker market with superior skills in relationship building and negotiations. Strong knowledge of the underwriting philosophy, techniques, regulations, and guidelines. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong presentation skills. Belong.
